Letter received over Christmas
Dear Mr Love,
I contacted you a few months ago about Dudley Library Launch Day on Saturday 10th November 2012 and you and several colleagues very kindly did a ukulele performance at Dudley Library. The performance went down very well at the launch day, the public and management enjoyed the songs that were performed so thank you very much for coming in.
Netherton Library has also had a makeover, it has been moved to a new building and refurbished and due to this Netherton is also having a launch day next year. The launch day will be on Saturday 23rd February 2013 and will take place at Netherton Library which is based in the Savoy Centre, Halesowen Road, Netherton.
I was wondering if you and the group would be able to do another performance for us at Netherton Library at about 12:30pm for about 20 minutes? It would be very similar to Dudley Library but it is a smaller venue. If you could contact me as soon as is convenient as to whether you are available that particular day and time I would be very grateful. It would be wonderful if you could come and give us a performance of the ukuleles.
Thank you for your time. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year
